Chestnut Hill

The rebuilding of this rustic barn, and its transformation into a contemporary residence was complete in the Summer of 2000. The work done included the relocation of the original structure by crane. This allowed a new foundation to be built, and the repair of structural timbers in the barn. After being placed on the new foundation, the timber framed structure was stripped and re-sided using foam-cored plywood panels. The home features a completely new interior, mechanical systems, and extensive site work.
