The rebuilding of this rustic barn and its transformation into a contemporary residence was complete in the Summer of 2000. The work done included the relocation of the original structure by crane which allowed a new foundation to be built. Structural timbers in the barn were also replaced. After being placed on the new foundation, the timber framed structure was stripped and re-sided using foam-cored plywood panels. The home features a completely new interior, mechanical systems and extensive site work.
